We are 100% Conservative: Lambert

February 23, 2019

The Conservative Party is a party of principle and common sense and every policy we espouse is guided by that ethos.

South Australian Senate candidate Rikki Lambert says there is a clear difference between the Conservative Party and other parties that purport to occupy the right-of-centre political space.

Asked during a wide-ranging interview with an independent journalist, Rikki contrasted the politics of Pauline Hanson and Mark Latham with that of the Australian Conservatives:

Rikki's home state of South Australia had become beholden to the 'Nick Xenophon' phenomenon, a populist with consistently left-of-centre political decisions expert at convincing the media and public that he was a 'centrist'. When the scrutiny and consistency spotlights were shone on Xenophon during the 2018 State election, his support faltered and the political stuntman exited politics completely.
