Newspapers still drive the media cycle as other outlets stifle conservative voices

October 04, 2018

The relentless lean to the Left within federal politics and media institutions makes the Conservative Party's ascent to electing more Senators into federal parliament more slippery than most.

There are a plethora of other political alternatives and showmen who will throw around unfunded promises and experimental schemes to voters using present and future taxpayers money.

Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi is quite aware that there is a propensity among journalists to pigeonhole and stereotype conservative politicians which tends to blunt their messages.

Senator Bernardi has told Paul Murray Live on Sky News that makes it fairly difficult to communicate policy and opinion unless you can form the political narrative of the day - particularly through newspapers.

However, social media and the internet provide a destination for common sense people seeking outlets that express their intuitive view of the world.
