Political correctness has stopped creeping, it's now running at an alarming pace according to the Conservative Party's South Australian Senate candidate Rikki Lambert.
Rikki called in to ABC SA country-wide radio after hearing their interview with a Melbourne academic about how Australians now need to start using gender-neutral pronouns for people like 'they' instead of 'she' or 'he' - lest we offend their gender sensitivities.
The program host, Sarah Tomlinson didn't seem to think anything was wrong with people having to ask others their preferred pronoun before talking with them.
Mr Lambert highlighted the same academic laboratory of thought-experiments was where the leftist American 'trigger warning' fad has also taken hold. Students are warned even if their 'scopophobia' might be triggered:
So what exactly is scopophobia? Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi explained to the Outsiders on Sky News.
