Rebecca Hewett is the Australian Conservatives candidate for the South Australian state seat of Narungga in the 17 March 2018 state election.
Narungga (formerly known as the electorate of Goyder) covers the Yorke Peninsula (including Wallaroo, Moonta, Kadina and Port Wakefield), the Mid-North towns of Snowtown and Lochiel and the Adelaide Plains town of Mallala . To find your local electorate in the 2018 state election, click here.
Rebecca and her husband of 27 years have three adult sons and are 7th generation to farmers at Bute. A life coach, blogger and mentor to young women and a volunteer CFS firefighter, she has been an active member of the community for the last 27 years serving on school councils, sporting clubs and 10 years on the management committee of Friends of Child & Youth Health.
Rebecca is very passionate about Narungga and considers their concerns her own, such as bad roads, mobile blackspots and the feeling of not being heard. She is committed to being a strong conservative voice for the people of Narungga.
