Labor's plan to scrap negative gearing for existing homes will make Australian residential properties worth considerably less than they are today, according to Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi.
Speaking on ABC Radio Adelaide, Senator Bernardi pointed to the fact that South Australian Labor MP Amanda Rishworth wouldn't explain the full scope of Labor's negative gearing policy, which will severely depress the value of homes - and he was supported by South Australian Liberal MP Tony Pasin.
