The Conservative Party's South Australian Senate candidate Rikki Lambert is warning that if a Bill Shorten Labor government is elected at this year's federal election, Australia will again see the imposition of a carbon tax which will seriously hurt families, businesses, the economy and Australian industry.
Rikki is on a tour of regional South Australia, listening to people about their concerns.
In Port Pirie, energy prices have risen dramatically for the Nyrstar smelter with costs increasing by tens of millions of dollars each year because of higher electricity prices - threatening jobs.
Rikki's warning that Labor can't be trusted to protect us from a carbon tax but Conservative Party Senators can.
To protect our standard of living and help bring down electricity costs, vote "1" Conservatives in the Senate.
