Born and raised in rural WA, I moved to Perth to study at the University of Western Australia in 2005.
Since then, I have completed bachelor’s degrees in both Law and Arts (Communication Studies) at UWA, and a graduate diploma of Arts with Alphacrucis College.
I currently practice as a Director of Subiaco law firm Douglas Cheveralls Lawyers.
In running as an Australian Conservatives candidate for the Senate, it is my strong desire to be a member of a tough and forthright conservative team that acts to halt the "progressive" (left-wing) agenda in Parliament. If I am elected to the Senate, I will passionately voice the concerns of conservatives, which have too often of late been dismissed as "old-fashioned".
I believe strongly that we need to reduce inefficient government spending, reduce taxes, implement stricter requirements for immigration, support our military and police, amalgamate the SBS and ABC, support traditional families, promote traditional family values, challenge any law that puts a burden on Australian taxpayers in the name of "climate change" and stand up for free speech against the intolerant, and increasingly militant, left.
I know there is a better way, and I am looking forward to powerfully advocating to let all Western Australians and Australians know that the Australian Conservatives party is that better way.
