How to improve the Senate: Bernardi

Former Labor Prime Minister Paul Keating (pictured) once labelled the Australian Senate, "unrepresentative swill" and with some crossbench senators recently displaying what appear to be obstructionist tactics, you might be incline to agree with him.

The Conservative Party believes the Senate should be what the Australian Constitution determines it is, that is, a house of review.

Conservatives' leader Cory Bernardi has told Kel Richards on Sydney radio station 2CH, there are some simple ways the Senate could be improved, and he disagrees with people who say it is an irrelevance.
