When the sole electricity distributor in South Australia, SA Power Networks (formerly ETSA Utilities), was sold to Hong Kong owners back in the 1990s there was not much concern as Hong Kong was still under British rule.  

But as the Conservative Party's South Australian Senate candidate Rikki Lambert has told Andrew Reimer on Adelaide radio station FIVEaa that's all changed now.
