Green-Left is cruel to farmers and animals

September 07, 2018

Queensland’s political Green-Left has acted with shameful cruelty against drought-stricken graziers and their starving sheep.

Conservative Party Queensland Senate candidate, Lyle Shelton, said the use of tree clearing laws to limit the ability of graziers to push mulga trees for stock feed was further proof of green ideology before people and animal welfare.

“Not only does the Labor Green-Left steal peoples’ property rights, it shows no compassion in times of natural disaster,” Mr Shelton said the best way to fix the problem was to elect Conservative Party Senators to replace the Greens.

“The Greens’ biggest political foothold is in the Senate and it is from there that their toxic influence has spread to the major parties, especially Labor,” he said.

“By replacing the Greens in the Senate with principled Conservatives, common sense could be restored over time to our nation,” Mr Shelton said.
