Culling dangerous sharks and crocs begins with booting the Greens

November 09, 2018

Conservative Party Queensland Senate candidate Lyle Shelton has backed calls for a shark cull in the wake of this week’s latest attack resulting in the killing of a swimmer in the Whitsundays.

“While we are at it, we should also cull crocodiles which are also in plague proportions,” Mr Shelton said.

“For too long the Greens, who are against culling dangerous animals, have been the tail which has wagged the policy dog and this must stop," he said.

“The only way to restore common sense is to replace the Greens in the Senate with Conservatives,” Mr Shelton said.
