Australian Conservatives leader Cory Bernardi has again proven prescient, having called out in Centre Alliance’s inconsistent approach to policy.
In his March 2017 SA Press Club address, Senator Bernardi detailed his plan for putting principle and policy ahead of personalities in federal politics because of the inconsistent outcomes that personality politics deliver.
Last year we had One Nation flip-flopping on its support of the Coalition’s tax cuts for business and today the Centre Alliance said it’s considering voting in favour of Bill Shorten’s franking credits retiree tax having initially said they’d block it.
Senator Bernardi again warned, at the SA Press Club last week, about the perils of voting for parties which don’t know where they stand.
