Conservatives: consistent, principled & predictable

June 07, 2018

Conservatives leader Cory Bernardi has spoken about the hard work required to run a successful start-up political party.

Senator Bernardi formed the Conservatives in February last year when he realised the Turnbull Coalition government had started moving away from the conservative principles on which it was elected.

He says the difference between the Conservative Party and other minor parties is its fundamental focus on consistent conservative principles rather than on a cult of personality.

Senator Bernardi has told 2GB’s Luke Grant the message he wants to get out before the next federal election is that by voting for the Conservatives in the senate, you will help shape legislation that will guarantee a better way of government.
