China behind political hack: Bernardi

Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi says he's convinced that China was behind the recent hacking of parliamentary and political party computer networks.

Senator Bernardi's assertion comes after the Chinese foreign ministry rejected claims Beijing was behind the cyber attacks.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison revealed on Monday cyber experts say a state actor was responsible for the attacks, but didn't say which country.

Senator Bernardi has told Paul Murray Live on Sky News, of the nations capable, the finger points firmly to China.
