Trevor Scott standing for Chaffey

February 05, 2018

Former radio personality and current Berri Barmera councillor Trevor Scott has been named as the Australian Conservatives candidate for the seat of Chaffey for the upcoming state election.

Mr Scott worked in regional radio for more than 40 years and was on air in the Riverland for the last 10.

Mr. Scott says that his campaign will focus on equal health care for regional South Australians, the lowering of power and water prices and roads and infrastructure.

Australian Conservatives MLC Robert Brokenshire spoke with 5MU's Adam Connelly and says Trevor's radio past puts him in a unique position to know the concerns of the community.
