Behaviour is the criterion: Bernardi

The recent debate about religious freedom and the question of whether or not religious schools should be free to expel gay students and sack gay teachers is nonsensical, according to Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi.

The South Australian Senator says as long as the criterion is behavioural, there doesn't seem to be an argument here.

Senator Bernardi has told Sky News, it should just be about compliant behaviour and nothing else.
