Conservative Party leader, South Australian Senator Cory Bernardi and SA senate candidates Rikki Lambert and Carl Teusner (pictured above) will address the media this afternoon before speaking with the party faithful at a campaign rally at the Kent Town headquarters of the Australian Conservatives.
A policy commitment relevant to at least two high-profile South Australian court cases will also be made.
Rikki Lambert leads the Senate ticket and is a father of four from Angaston in the Barossa Valley, former country lawyer and chief of staff to senators and state MPs.
Carl Teusner, his running mate, is a young, engaged farmer from near Gawler with a passion for reducing red and green tape and standing up to political correctness.
Both are committed to representing metropolitan and country South Australian voters who have collectively been neglected by what Mr Lambert calls our 'eastern states overlords' - with the Murray Darling Basin a classic example.
