Conservative Party leader Cory Bernardi says there may be an easy way to ease the crisis in Australia's aged-care industry.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison, who has called a Royal Commission into aged-care, correctly notes total that aged-care funding rose one billion dollars a year under the Coalition, that is due to creating more places under home and residential care.
But Senator Bernardi has told ABC Radio Adelaide's Ali Clarke, one way to address problems within the industry might be to make it legal for reasonably priced home-help to be made available for those who can afford it.
